Beau and Arrow

Beau and Arrow

A Poem by Sarah91
"

CHA-CHING.

"

TAINTED WINGS
A LOVER'S FLAWS
MELTING FLINGS
GAPING JAWS

Smells of roses
Beau's poses
No show off you see
He means a lot too me

NO SCHOOL GIRL CRUSH
NO SILLY ROMANCE MUSH
WE SHARE A LUST TO STRONG FOR THIS
IN YOUR COMPANY I'M FILLED WITH BLISS

Signals of wearing
The dinner we're sharing
Can't hold together
You and I forever

NO LULLABIES NEEDED
OUR LOVE IS SEEDED
A WILTING PLANT
A "NO I CAN'T"

Lies can't keep
My tireless weep-
ing from slowly seeping
into arms of flawed weakness

BEAU BEAU BEAU BEAU BEAU

Keep the memories
Of the you and mes'
Love is gone
The sun has shone

FADING AWAY
MEMORIES ARE NARROW
LIKE TIME OF DAY
CUPID'S BEAU AND ARROW
