Another throwback for a poem

I wish I could be a little girl again, and go back in time.

A time where life wasn't rough and there was no need for tears.

A time when mommy and daddy still took care of you.

A time when there was no hate, where all your friends were just your friends, even  your enemies too.

A time where going on silly little adventures was fun.

A time when no one needed a car to get places because everyone would walk with you.

A time when sleepovers took place and were the funnest things ever. No boys allowed!

A time when you had no responsibilities, that's what parents were for.

A time where you and everything around you was the most wonderful thing in the world.

A time where your friends were still your friends, your pets were still your pets, and your parents still acted like your parents.

A time where every little thing was absolutely perfect even if it really wasn't!

I guess what i'm trying to say is i miss life being this way.

Yeah, I get that. I also wish sometimes I could be a child again, things were defenitley easier back then.
