So Sue Me

So Sue Me

So sue me
Ya, I don't mind being alone.
Continue to talk about your happy relationships,
I don't really care.

Ya, I seem rather cynical,
So what if I'm a stiff?
I'm sorry that you can't see what I see
That everything is only temporal.

I'm sorry if you don't agree
And I'm sorry if I'm rude,
But realize, you don't know what I've been through and seen
So you have no stand on what I do.

You can't change my mentality,
Believe me, many have tried!
I'm the stubborn child that no parent truly wants.
And this has diffused to now.

Well, I guess I'm done with my rant,
I'm sure you're sick of me.
And I feel sorry for the ones who try and read this,
My nonsense bugs me too.

But I just had to get it out;
All of this negative energy in me,
But I've never been given a chance to change,
Nor the want to do so.
