Painfully Majestic

Painfully Majestic

A Story by sarah

You take her to your hotel room labeled 141. She steps in; you close the
door behind her. She goes over to the balcony, gets a taste of the
city, the city that never sleeps. You sneak up behind her and whisper
words you've never uttered before. There, she suddenly turns to look at
you. And as soon as her eyes bolt into yours, you realize there's no one
else you'd rather be with. She was one in a million. With dangling
diamond earrings touching her olive green skin with those silky green
eyes to match, nothing seems to matter anymore except that she's yours
and in that moment, time feels infinite. You lean in towards her and
kiss her gently on her cheekbone. You've never seen lovelier. You look
up for a nanosecond and pray to the heavens this night won't end. She
leans in for a kiss and there, she murders you with her lust. You feel
the sin all over your lips and you begin to panic. How can someone so
majestic be so full of evil?

Such a shock towards the end but I love your play on the symbolism of the color green. You truly would have to be in this individual's position to ever understand exactly what you're portraying. Very well done!
