Weird

    “Suki?!” Lana shouted, snapping both of us out of the trance.

“Weird” I muttered, shaking my head. 

   “You can say that again boyfriend stealer” Lana whispered meanly so David wouldn't hear anything.

“Uh”, I gasped, looking at her as if she had gone crazy.

   “You know, I trusted you once, when I thought you weren't a boyfriend stealer”.

  “Lana how could you even say that, he’s not even your boyfriend” I sneered.  We looked at each other then laughed.” Man you almost got me their Lana, it felt like, you know”.

   “Suki you know a guy can't come between us , even if we both like him”.

   "I don't, it was just weird, like I said" I whispered," even, I got a boyfriend back in California".

   "Yeah babe, California" Lana said mimicking Raphael’s voice.

  "Oh shut up Lana, he might be in California, but we write to each other everyday” I said my voice rising. I couldn't help defending my relationship with Raphael, he might be a blue eye, black hair stranger to Lana but to me he was the love of my life.
   After a couple of minutes, I felt like someone was staring at me, I looked at Lana, knowing already it wasn't her and turned to David. I was shocked, his eyes held an intensity I hadn't quite seen before. He stared at me. 

   “What?” I breathed nervously as my pulse quickened.

  “He was the love of your life” he said simply, looking away.

    My mouth dropped open, “how...?”

“Let’s just say I'm psychic” he said smiling mysteriously, still looking away.
