Disfiguring

Disfiguring

A Poem by Saptaparna

i believe
i was slowly distorting
into figures
that i was not

i believe
i was disfiguring into
a popsicle, the sort of flavor
only you like

i believe
i don't exist
apart from your perception
of me

i believe, you
left me
because i no longer fit
your criteria

That was sad and lonely feeling. I did really like the popsicle in the flavor only they would like. Over all a really well thought out piece that is easily felt by the reader.
