Love is painful

Love is a painful thing. It is truly one of the oddest emotions because yet many now this fact we still go looking for it. Why is this? There are many reasons i can think of, one of the biggest ones would have to be the human need to be loved. This need is felt by everyone. This is also the soul reason we have friends. Friends will love you but this is only a friendly love. There is also the family love, this is a love that is constant. this love consists of mom, dad, brothers, sisters, etc... Now we come to the love of a partner. This is when you wish to be loved by someone who's circumstance doesn't require it.  This love is the one that truly hurts us and it also is the love we all crave. We long to hold be held. We long to love and be loved. We long to be with someone we can love. This is the true pain, this is the pain we all share and will share until the end of time.

its true, people like me , for example, want that companionship, someone to love them not because they are obligated to, not because they have to, but because they do, the same love not only that will hurt you terribly in the long run but the same love you can learn from.
