Crystal Maze

A crystal maze twines through my mind,

where memories come and go.

Down winding halls with shimmering walls,

into places that no one knows.

A place to keep my secrets safe where no one else has been,

my crystal walls keep strangers out but also keep me in.

Fleeting moments from my past comfort and confuse,

hide safely here in crevasses concealed until a time I choose.

Poignant reminisces I aim to keep at bay,

by skittering down these sparkling halls until they go away.

I drift along here patiently in wait for something to enthuse,

who knows, it could be you next who could become my muse.

I hope you understand me well I want to be your friend,

but I cannot come out my dear and you cannot come in.

Fantastic write!
sometimes there are things for you and you only,
me personally am an open book, but my mother on the
other hand I still don't know most things
about for whatever reason, well written piece, thanks
for sharing and b-blessed!
