November madness

November madness

A Poem by Sandipan Majhi

What do I hear?
Birds singing,
Clouds thundering,
And leaves rustling.

The rain's romance,
Sunshine's last glance,
Through the blacks,
Although it lacks,
The November madness.

Why do I feel so red?
Cold is what I feel,
Hold me down, for real.
Or, I might shiver,
I might just go mad,
Don't you think, its sad.

I am just lonely.
Sick of it, for sure,
Stupidity to blame,
For ruining the flame.

Do you still miss me?
In the rain,
Beside the lake,
For all that is not fake.

Won't you like to see me?
I am coming home, you see.
When it's dark,
In empty streets.
Won't hold hands, for sure,
I am just crazy, for little more.

Might sing you the madness,
For, free of this sadness,
Let's just fly away.
