Alone

As dark breaks the dawn,
The knife breaks my skin,
I feel alone,
In this cold world.

 

Such pain I feel,
Suffering from a broken heart,
It is so painful,
I can't stop crying.

 

Why must I endure this,
My eyes burn from crying,
My wrists bleed from cutting,
As the blood trickles from my fingers.

 

All alone,
In this cruel world,
Why is it me getting hurt,
What did I do to deserve this.

 

No one to hold me,
No one to love me,
Will I find my soulmate,
Maybe just someone who cares.

 

My knuckles bruised,
My wrists bloody,
Ready to end this,
With one quick sweep of my blade,
The knife pierces the skin,
There I lay, a corpe on the floor,
With a cut jugular,
Ear to ear.
