Obsessed

Obsessed

A Poem by STurner

Obsessed

With razor sharp quill

I slash my wrists

My lifeblood

Appeases Goddess Muse

Scarlet words

Splat….

ter

Across the empty white page

Perceptions… Truths

Joys, Sorrow, and even Horror
Poetry, Stories

Some without rhythm or rhyme

Speak of how

I see the world

I write because I can

But more’s the reason

With ceaseless thirst

I am obsessed
