God's Creation

God's Creation

A Poem by Samuel H. Ludke

Walking through the woods tonight,
I knew that everything would be alright.
The birds chirping and flying low,
Hear the loon upon the lake below,
The creator molded this place for us,
He molded it for years and years,
We walk here to clear our tears,
Here we are shielded from our fears,
Walk with me tonight and lose,
Walk with me till you choose.

every singing bird
crying from the trees or the lake
is a brother or a sister
we have all been made

the forest paths are wild
growth that cannot be contained
set loose by the Maker
watered by His loving rain
