Darling, In The NightA Poem by Samque belleDarling, in the night, Darksome and lonely The day dies slowly, But the stars break Faithful and fanfare. Sublime, laissez-faire, June as the light Starburst and pretty, Devious ‘til at least, late November. A little lilt, calm and tune Pearly as the dawn, And as strong as the moon. All the more you sleep away, Seas rise and, I dream about. The waves and fire are Wiltfully unblooming, Scintillate, on the soothing Ere the morning. Darling, in the night, Never fear, I’ll siesta beside you. © 2014 SamReviews
