Eyes Endure The Sights And ViewsA Poem by SamEyes endure the sights and views, Shores, vistas, skies and mounts. The nose bouquets the saccharine perfumes, Palate savours the sweetest zest, Tastes the sour, tang, and tart. Fingers dance, caress, and tact the world, Whilst ears collect the echo. But hither, under-rib, That is where, divine and sound, Beat the truly wild heart. Rhythms sway body and ambiance which, Only sotto voce whispers tame. Feels and has feelings sublime and undefinable, Worn temperate on the sleeve, And such is thus we'll never eschew. © 2014 SamReviews
