Just A Little Soul

Just A Little Soul

A Poem by Azmuel

Dear little soul why are you here/
Dear little soul won't you come near?
Dear little soul don't be shy.
Dear little soul why do you cry?

Dear little soul where have you gone?
Dear little soul what have you done?
Dear little soul I won't scorn.
Dear little soul why are you lorn?

Oh dear little soul have you lost where you've been?
Oh dear little soul do you know what you have seen?
Oh dear little soul what do i do?
Oh dear little soul where do I find you?

Kind little soul don't go away.
Kind little soul could you hang out and stay?
Kind little soul could you tell me this true,
What do i do without you?

Well written!

It's easy to relate to this poem as most people feel like they are supposed to be a certain person in life, but as life complicates them and things happen to them, they loose touch with who they really are.

You kept a steady pace with a constant AA BB format and the number of syllables match up quiet well in each line making it easy to read with a good flow.
