My Fault?

My Fault?

A Poem by Sammy

Was it all my fault, the mess I made?

Was it all my fault, the angry games you played?

Was it all my fault, the looks you gave me?

Was it all my fault, the reasons why you didn't save me?

I'm sorry for what I did,

and I didn't apologise,

I'm sorry for what I said,

It was all lies.

Was it all your fault, the mess you made?

Was it all your fault, the angry games you played?

Was it all your fault, the looks you gave her?

Was it all your fault, the reasons why you didn't save her?

Are you sorry for what you did?

And you didn't apologise,

Are you sorry for what you said?

It was all lies.

Here it sounds like questions of conflict coming from 2 minds. Unsure, here Sammy, what the 'saving' was about. Liked the stong question, Was it all your fault? Keep at it
