Years have passed since I left you,

and yet here I am writing about you.

You probably think that i'm still in love with you,

but honey,

all I wanted to say was f**k you.

 

You treated me like dirt and hurt me over and over until there was nothing left to feel,

yet all it took was that special someone,

to make me somehow heal.

 

I found pictures of other women,

and sleazy text messages on your phone,

and you spilt out nothing but lies,

when I asked you were you alone?

 

You made me feel like s**t,

like I didn't want to live any more,

so I cut myself all over,

'till I couldn't feel a thing any more.

 

But really I should thank you,

for you made me feel so weak,

I was finally able to find strength

and move the f**k on from you, you creep.

 

The one person who gave me strength,

was one of your best friends,

how did that feel?

to be on the recieving end?

 

So here we are,

years seperated,

euphoric years spent with him,

I've never been happier,

It feels like a f*****g Charlie Sheen win.

 

So f**k you once more,

but thank you twice,

I no longer hate you,

I won't give you that satisfaction,

I just know that what I did was right.

This is by no means a good poem, hell I would even say that it's a rubbish poem. However, I feel that for me, it's good to upload this, as it is just pure, straight to the point emotion with no re-writes to try and improve it- it's just raw, and I think that's the best way for it to be.
