cosmic design...

an attempt to to pen down a story of two lonely stars ....

we met and then we left, the only thing that remained were the conversations we had through our eyes. time played its old game, we answered eachother without knowing what the questions were, we didn't feel the importance, why ? i don't know.
now i realise that i need to know the questions, they were answers hidden in them, answers to our pain and sadness. we coundnt stop eachother because we were not suppose to but now i feel i should have stopped her, she needs me she wants me.
her eyes promised me she will be back and never leave, i happened to see her in a crowd of million. we stopped!! our tears explained the pain in our eyes, she read the whole story written in my eyes and held me and said she would never leave me again. i told her about my lonely journey.
she always remained a shadow of mine, she felt what i felt, she saw what i saw, she was hurt when i felt the pain, she was angry when i was betrayed, she was hurt when i was upset, she was down when i was lonely.
now we have turned into stars, close yet far away. we still remain lonely and sad, we are now just a part of the cosmic design never to rise and never to shine.

The above lines are amazing. The world is small. We will meet certain people often in our life. Too bad we can't slow down to talk and maybe create great friendship. I like the longing and the thoughts in the poem. It is a short story. You are a talented writer. You create the feel of real life and places with amazing tale.
