Something random but something you can relate to, sorry for the language.

It's pretty crazy how fucked up the world is,

it's like, one day you're having the time of your life,

and the next, you get into some car crash with a guy named Morris

or someone stabs you in the back, which what seems like the sharpest knife.

To sum it all up, life is s**t.

Even though life may not be what we expect,

we are in charge of our decisions.

Whether we respect others or neglect,

our minds will be filled with visions

of the awful or great things we, as people, have done.

Life is like the ocean, calm, beautiful, and restless.

However, it can turn it's beautiful water into a dark and dangerous place.

Then, leave you as an emotional mess

or leaving your mind in a great, dark, unknown space.

Life is a mystery and we must embrace it before it engulfs us with its cruelty.

Life is a series of windy roads that lead you to someplace great,

where beautiful things await.

Very true. Its cool how your poem brewed a thunderstorm at the beginning but cleared into a stronger message towards the end. Reminds me of what the sky looks like after it rains... love the writing, keep at it.

I understand that the countless negative things of our existence can make life seem hopeless. But then with time I learnt to realise how beautiful life is. It is the various circumstances that may be bad, but life is, was and will always be beautiful, precious and miraculous.
