chapter 4

Sara POV

 

After we get changed we go outside and almost everyone was there already and my dad was cooking the burgers so we all pulled up a chair around the fire pit

“When are we going to light the fire?” asked Josh

In a bit my dad wants it to be darker when he lights it

SUPPER I hear my dad yell and we all went to get food I grabbed my food and sit down in my chair and sitting across from me where Kyles mom Cristina and josh’s mom Jennifer

“Hi Sara how are you?” asked Cristina

“I’m good,”

“That’s good,” said Jennifer 

And then Kyle and Josh came back and Kyle took a big bite of his burger

“Mmm this tastes so good,” said Kyle with his mouth full of food       

“KYLE DON’T TALK WITH YOUR MOUTH FULL!” yelled Cristina

“Oops sorry,” said Kyle

And me and josh started laughing

 

 

 

Kyle pov

After what happened I walked down the stairs trying to act like I did not just hear a dog talking to me or at least that’s what I think happened

Me josh and Sara walked outside and there was a bunch of people I guess I forgot Sara’s family was coming but it didn’t matter Josh and Sara grabbed chairs and I grabbed a as well and we all sit around fire pit Josh ask Sara when the fire pit was going to be lit I didn’t hear her answer because my head was elsewhere thinking about what happened inside was Snowy talking me I did not see her move her mouth I just heard her talking and my thought’s where interrupted by Sara’s dad calling supper and all thoughts of a talking dog where out of my mind I was hungry I go and grab a burger when I got to the end of the line I waited for Josh I look to where we were siting and I see Sara talking to my mom and Josh’s mom to I look back to the line and see Josh beside took you long enough I said joking around

“Well unlike some people I take my time,” Josh said jokingly

 When me and josh get back I can’t whate to eat my burger I was starving and I took a huge bite mmm this is so good I said with my mouth full of food

“KYLE DON’T TALK WITH YOUR MOUTH FULL!” yelled my mom

Oh no I forgot my mom was there

I swallowed my food quickly

“Oops sorry,” I said

 And Josh and Sara started laughing at me.
