Love is in the air...

Mystery awaits us

Further a light shine

Closer a scarecrow diminishes

Eyes wonder and wander

Scottish bagpipes march

Crowds break into songs

Visages of old withered vines

Farmers and urbanites alike

I cast a reflective net

on this parade

compelled to drift

I cross uncertainty

My heart soared

A garden marker outlined

The fruit of new love.

Here's to harvesting the fruits of love. The old wine still tastes sweeter than the new. I don't envision love as the lust of youth anymore but as the sweet comfort and satisfaction of never trying to impress or swoon anyone. I still do romantic things but they come natural and unscripted. It just feels natural. That's the good stuff. It is almost Spring so love is certainly in the air. Great write here.
