Welkin's SunA Poem by Sami KhalilThe light without, the light within...Welkins’ Sun/…By Sami Khalil Delightful mornings with the sun…
Onward riseth the fair warmth of a nestled morning sun Tuneful to suited birds, ladled with merriment and song Swathed in aura and radiant beams and in lumbered pace From whence to bide new hopes aglow, and darkness shun.
How gracefully we walketh in heavenly abundance of light In pure arrays without ire and not to parry thy fiery sword Whilst frothing clouds dissipate, languishing in wanderlust To which prim and proper upon quaint hills and deserts flight.
Onward riseth praise proper and yearnings for waning thrones But those who hath an undying light in moments ascendeth high Hearkening to knowledge of truth when days of yore weareth not Shall inheriteth true wealth, beckoning wisdom amid milestones.
