Romance at any mature age and level of wisdom...In the mood for the classics

==============================================================================================
Declareth I, declareth to thee manifest love
With runnels of gentle sweat running forth
And countenance of our meandering grace
Pouring of honeyed words, proving a worth.
This whip-lashed susurration never abates
Vividly dreams becometh a master witness
The panoply of resilience and florid enigma
Unsoiling the sunsets of life and its fitness.
Declareth I with veneration and delectation
I love thee with truest of perplexed sagacity
Thine beauty filleth mine tremulous heart
By pervading affection, thine own vivacity.
Declareth I whilst surreal skies may conjure
Days ahead when weary would fain treasure.

'With runnels of gentle sweat running forth .. .. .. .. .. .. .. . Pouring of honeyed words, provingly worth.'

As always you headline your use of words, your tendency to elaborate ever to the fore and - in this poem, so very finely. I'm reminded of renowned poets here, even a Bardic colour or few!.
Bravo, Sami

One of my favorite things about your poetry is the lovely diction and your choice of words is at its floweriest here. You should know that I venerate the Renaissance writers like Shakespeare. Or maybe this reminds me of Blake, Shelley or Keats. Love it and thanks for sharing. Sorry it took me so long to review; I was busy and preoccupied with my book, which I've (finally) published in ebook form.

Sami Khalil,
Inner reality of heart, passion and reality between two people so in love! I appreciate the inner person transmitted to the outer feelings between two hearts. Such a lovely poem.
Thanks for sharing Kathy

Love your style of writing - and a fitting title to contend its content that makes you feel the unbearable lightness of being.

There is a very possibility the amber from dying fire at fire place can be kept alive forever, In reality there may be many who maintains that way too. It is amazing to watch some people keep their fine qualities until the last second of sunset and may be carry with them to further. Poet took a different approach in viewing romance which perceived as often connected to youth and middle ages. An excellent and different theme.

Hmm let me see SAGE AND SAGA,the women with spice?? THe spicy woman hmm lets see mr.SAMI!
The format looks good I see the last Stanza is missing 2 lines. The poem clearly is an old style poem.

-Good work,so far, one can see you focused on the piece. Now the poem:
FIrst line:Declareth I, declareth to thee manifest love
PRoves the old style of poetry!! I be like YEAY a piece I can analyze!
This is to emphasize the passion of declaration of love to someone to Saga? or Saga and Sage? who are they what are they hmm...
Wait it's not highlighted so why? AN empty declaration of love with no meaning?

With runnels of gentle sweat running forth
And countenance of our meandering grace
Pouring of honeyed words, provingly worth.

So what this says,is alot of hard work was put in to capture this beautiful person(Sweat means you wanted this person a lot, because of beauty aspect, and you worked hard for it with honey words is to plan what to say to capture her, truth or not.

This whip-lashed susurration never abates
Vividly dreams becometh a master witness
The panoply of resilience and florid enigma
Unsoiling the sunsets of life and its fitness.

Clearly Sami wanted depth now and to riddle and show his example of his honnied words.Wow the act it self of raw emotion clearly its a person, and this stanza captures the deeds attention and passion. Good writing here SAmi!!

Declareth I with veneration and delectation
I love thee with truest of perplexed sagacity
Thine beauty filleth mine tremulous heart
By pervading affection, thine own vivacity.

Hehe ooh now it comes deep the aftermath I presume, LOVE IS GIVEN AND LOVE IS SHOWN and happiness is set.

Declareth I whilst surreal skies may conjure
Days ahead when weary would fain treasure.

Ahh the prosess is still in act in this peace
The two last lines is taken away, cause the end, should not be there yet for one is sellfish, and doesnt want the love to ever end.

So quick look back,GReat ART!!! Wording is clearly old age what I loved was the making of own words,I might be wrong,But this is yours absolutely! LOVE it SAMI!
