Romance at any mature age and level of wisdom...In the mood for the classics

==============================================================================================
Declareth I, declareth to thee manifest love
With runnels of gentle sweat running forth
And countenance of our meandering grace
Pouring of honeyed words, proving a worth.
This whip-lashed susurration never abates
Vividly dreams becometh a master witness
The panoply of resilience and florid enigma
Unsoiling the sunsets of life and its fitness.
Declareth I with veneration and delectation
I love thee with truest of perplexed sagacity
Thine beauty filleth mine tremulous heart
By pervading affection, thine own vivacity.
Declareth I whilst surreal skies may conjure
Days ahead when weary would fain treasure.

I don't know if it's just me, but I find this erotic. :). Your choice of words are quite intimidating. Just kidding :). But really it's amazing. You give justice to those words. Every line conjures heavy sensation. I am deeply moved.

I love your visit and your kind appreciation. I honor you and your friendship.
honeyed words flowing such romantic declarations of timeless treasured love. Enchanting as ever Sami. I love the ending and every inner princess dreams of the day where such promises are uttered by the one who holds her heart and affection.

okay man I'm not trying to be rude but I don't picture anything or feel anything when I read this. I do admire the diction, and formal approach though. I thinks this says more about me though.

Such beautiful and unique words chosen in this piece! Highly recommend reading aloud. The stanzas are so lyrical. This poem is both bitter and sweet, you can feel the words turn to vinegar and honey as you read them. Write more!!!!
