I was once told that solitude is to be destitute of Love, or the one you love; I was much younger then and I didn't believe. Now, with all these years on my shoulders, I'm a believer..
Now to your profound poetry; the perfect solitude would only be not that, but perfection with the one that makes you whole.... Lovely, and apologies for going off in at tangent
If I could travel in time, I would like to let my younger self know that love can be felt most perfectly only in solitude...silence beautifies and intensifies the feelings of the heart...In solitude, we find peace, and only in peace can we search for love...
A marvellous write as always, dear sir!
The lines--
"Lady of grace
Of brighter mornings
Of mislabeled nights," are truly beautiful...I enjoy how aesthetically pleasing the whole piece looks, with the charcoal painting... kudos! :))
An elegantly lovely song that is also deeply meaningful.
There are few things more intimate than solitude shared.
Unique and yet decidedly relevant.
Kudos, Sami!
Gorgeous! The balance felt here was refreshing and inviting Sami, a chance to just be for a while in the light radiated here and the energy felt of being connected to the all...thank you for the gracious pause :)
I want to invite you indeed to my perfect solitude.
this is amazingly awesome. I love the flow of your words. They bring out the honest and the sincerity of the persona.
Love it :-)
Would love to see you take this one further :-)

This is so warm, Sir :-)
It takes you into a different world where poet is waiting for his beloved to let her have that comfort and peace in his perfect solitude..A soothing piece to read.I like the way this whole piece flows.
A good one, Sir :-)
Now this poem is a perfect song.
Solitude is not lonely. Solitude is sometimes learning to grow. Here you invite one perfect other to share.
“We live, in fact, in a world starved for solitude, silence, and private: and therefore starved for meditation and true friendship.” C.S Lewis.
This song of your soul creates a perfect escape, and who could deny this invitation. The title pulled me here as I have lived in shadows so long, one can forget what light feels like. Thank you, my friend.
