You are dangerously quiet.

Our past together pushed me close to death.

You tease me constantly.

You’re even shorter.

You like to drive the car,

and when we do, you drive it for hours to no end.

You hate exercising,

and reading the books I like.

You hate my music.

 

But when you held me against your chest

all I knew at that moment

was how I want meant to be yours,

how I had to make you mine.
