Define you.

Define you.

A Poem by Samantha Lynn
"

I saw this prompt on pinterest and ran with it. You guys try it and I will read it!! :)

"

Define who you are and where you are headed:

I am the heaviness in your chest.

I am the darkness of the night.

I am heavy breathing

and I am tears.

I am the stress from school and work.

I am the insomnia keeping you up at night.

I am that Facebook message you’ll never reply to.

But I am also the heart of the body.

I am the words you only wish you could say.

I am an all-purpose cleaner who can’t stop cleaning.

I will always be there for you,

and I will always be honest with you.

I will always be there to listen.

I am the best friend anyone could ask for.

I like the flow of thoughts and the reason for the poem. We will know few people truly. No-one showed real face.
