                                                        Here I am again.
Standing in the cold
Wind winding under
my hair and scat’ring
My thoughts like Falls leaves.

I will grab my scarf,
warm depths enabling
me to find some strength
and gather my thoughts
round me like children.

With eyes wide open
I wonder at the
universe and its
millions of sweet stars
theyre so beautiful-

But they are so cold
So untouchable
so intangible.
and I’m reminded
of his coldest words.

The ones I‘ll never
be capable of
forgetting.  The ones
That slit the throat of
A love I worshiped.

this is beautifully sad. i love the last two verses especially
"the ones That slit the throat of A love I worshiped."
speaks so much to the pain of losing a love.
Great write :]
