The Kiss

wishful thinking

Your strong arms embrace me

In your eyes there's passion I see

You hold me so close and so tight

I wish I could stay like this all night

Your gentle lips brush against mine

I savour the touch like a glasss of wine

I feel heady and drunk as you now waken

passion that was still and is now shaken

Your kisses deepen and stir me even more

my senses heightened to the very core

I kiss you back with passion and fever

Wanting to kiss forever and ever

Reminds me of the kisses that one person takes a drink of wine and then passes it to the other with a deep kiss! This was great. I like how it was written, and if so made me wish that i could find a kisser like that some day!

I also agree with the punctuation comment, but I'm slightly obsessed with punctuation. If you'd rather leave it out, that's totally up to you and you could even use that to clearly identify your voice! Another great job at capturing emotion and passion into a short poem.
