Silver and Gold

Silver and Gold

A Poem by Saint No-One
"

An older poem.

"
Silver and gold,
The young and the old,
Now do as you're told,
Or your soul shall be sold.

The old and the new,
All locked in a zoo,
Where the old people grew,
And the new are just new.

A toss of Fate's dice,
Now you're on thin ice,
So try to be nice,
Or you'll pay the price.

From diamonds to dust,
Who will you trust,
Blown away in one gust,
Now go if you must.

Sounds like a kid's rhyme, catchy.

About
I am an artist, but my mind doesn't work the way I want it to. One day I'll be, washing myself with handsoap in a public bathroom, thinking how did I get here? Where the hell am I? more..
