A Poem by sadsores

i don't exist on average.

“You mustn't wander.” You must not hope, or dream, or see things and wonder what they are. We must fall into the natural flow of repetitive gurgitation. In. Out. In. Out. Learned agony. Restriction of urges.

I’ve had it.

When you’ve only ever been locked in a room all of your life listening to old women speak to you about morals and duties, the worlds tend to jumble together. My brain is a fog. I don’t remember the past four years of my dark existence, the last four weeks, and I am hopelessly lost. One might concur that there is no way to get lost in a blank square room with no windows and no color and no anything. A women mustn’t be peevish, they tell me. There is no door. Get me out.
