I had to read it twice. This seems as if the person is giving up on life as a result of the sorrow, turmoil they faced. Could it be the result of a relationship gone wrong? Or something else that drove hem to the edge? It hurt them so much, it melted their heart, no feelings, no heart shatters, now ending their life was all that matters. In order to get rid of sorrw they had to lose something else, yet it isn't good enough, what has their life become, torment, and sadness, nothing else. Truly a heartbreaking read of giving up on everything
