I believe you when you say you are my friend
I believe you every time you pretend to want to know
What's happening in my life

JUST STOP ACTING LIKE YOU REALLY CARE!!


Because when you pretend to care
It hurts twice as much
When I realize

You could care less....

I just seem to be surrounded by a bunch of fake people fake friends fake everything and I just hate it don't pretend to care cause it isn't a joke to me

Aww! I'm so sorry you have to deal with people like that. I hate people who are fake too. It's like, If you really don't care about me..why even try to show you do? Be my friend or get out of my life. This poem is very relatable and so full of strong feelings. I loved it. The pain shows well. Sorry you have to go through that. But sometimes we do need to let go of the people that we don't matter to. It makes our lives much better. =) Hope things get better soon for you.

It is so sad that people have to pretend to be someone they are not, fake friends, dramatic people who assume that if they are nice to your face, they appear to be some great person attempting to be there for you, there will be people like that through out your life and it is really sad that they have nothing better to do than pretend to be so innocent.. This is a great write :)

We certainly don't need phony friends in our lives. I think I've known a few people like that, I hope I haven't been one of them. You get angry when folks aren't sincere, it makes your blood boil.
