Let me in

Let me in

A Poem by sarah

Before you leave
Before you forget
Before your gone
Tell me what your thinking

Let me inside your head
What are you feeling?
Do you care?
Or am I alone in thinking that way

Please tell me
Before it's too late
Because I can't tell
Simply by your actions

You twist my mind
Backwards
Forwards
And all the way around

I just want to know
Do you see me
For me?
And do you like what you see?

My heart will break
If you don't care in return
But at least
I'll know

So please
Before you leave
And forget
And leave me behind

Let me inside your heart

The guy I like is leaving this week for school and I can't tell if he likes me back (not like it matters now anyway) But it would be nice to know if he does.

So sweet.. i like it. =) And awww, i'm sorry that the guy you like is leaving.. but tell him how you feel if you really want to know the answer. ^o^ I know its difficult, i've never been able to tell a guy i really love how i truely feel.. except for like 3 guys.. but love is precious.. treasure it. =) Have faith in yourself! If he rejects you, gah guys are guys, but your such a kind girl you know! You deserve the best! Or like someone suggested, send him this poem! =D

Short, sweet, touching, and provocative. Wonderfully written. You should just tell him. If he says no, then at least you'll know where you stand; it may hurt if he doesn't return the compassion that you feel towards, but it will let you know how he feels in turn. Lovely poem

i like what Spongebob said, that how you will know if that person likes you if we don't tell that person you like him.

Great write, Sarah. It sucks when the one you like leaves. Remember that absence makes the heart grow fonder.

A beautiful and hopeful poem. I like the desire and dream of this poem. A very good ending to a excellent poem.
