Dreams

Dreams

A Poem by sarah

I don't claim to be better
Bigger
More intelligent

I don't walk around
Telling people
How stupid they are

I don't claim to be perfect
In anyway
Shape or form

I don't know it all
I still have many things to learn about
Many things left unknown

But something I do know
Something I know for a fact
Something I will stand behind till the end of my life

Is that you can reach for the stars
You can do anything you set your mind too
You can be whatever you want

But without God in your life
And in your heart
And in your mind
And in your soul

Then your dreams
Aren't worth much
The star your shooting for
Is less bright

You may think that God
Has nothing to do with your dreams
But by thinking that
Your dreams mean almost nothing
