I watched her
I watched as she laughed
I watched from a distance

I loved when she stood next to me
I loved when she focused on me
I loved when she would smile at me

She was beautiful
And I loved her
From a distance away

She didn't know that she tortured me
By falling for another
And I would never tell her

I watched as she cried over her broken heart
I wanted to hold her
I wanted to care for her and sooth her broken heart

I loved when she looked up at me
With her dazzling eyes
And her loud laughter

I loved her sense second grade
She didn't know
And would never know

And I would do anything to make her happy
Even if that meant
Never telling her of my love

I keep my love at a distance....
