All I want for Christmas

All I want for Christmas

A Poem by sarah

All I want for Christmas
Is someone to hold me
Someone who cares

All I want for Christmas
Is to have someone who listens
To have someone who will hold my hand in the cold

All I want this Christmas
Is someone to love me
To kiss me under the lights

I wonder if I send a letter to Santa
He'll give me what I want
If I am really good this Christmas

Cause all I want for Christmas
Is someone who will love me in return

Aww, what a sweet thing to ask for Christmas! I think that a lot of people will be able to relate to this piece, and I can honestly say that I don't think you're the only person who will be asking for that this Christmas! :P I thought that the second half of the poem was somewhat weaker than the first half, but I liked the idea, and the sentiments were definitely there. Nice write,

Very sweet poem. At least you know what you want. I find what we want and what we need collide at different moments. Usually when we least expect them is when these blessings come. You never know!~ Stand under the mistletoe and see what happens!

Oh how I wish Christmas was different for me. I wish I had a family to celebrate it with.

This work is interesting and really sweet. I just think a sweet and innocent little girl has written this poem, who just wants people to love her. Great work Sarah once again. I remember my baby sister when I read this poem. Thank you for that.
