I'm sorry little sister

Your my baby sister

 I held you as a baby

I cradled you when you cried

I watched you grow up

 

But here you are

Standing before me

Your arms are cut

 

The scabs cover your arm

They are a painful reminder

Of the pain you inflicted on yourself

 

I sit in my chair and stare at you

My little sister

Cut herself

 

She didn't want to eat

She didn't want to gain weight

She didn't want to look like me...

 

I did this to you...

 

If I had eaten better

Worked out more

Took better care of myself

 

You wouldn't have felt like you had to do everything to be different

You wouldn't have looked at me in disgust

You wouldn't have hurt yourself

 

I did this to you...

 

You looked me in the eye and told me

You would do anything not to end up like me

Even cut yourself as a reminder not to eat

 

The scar's cover your arm

The tears streem down my face

Sorrow drowns me

Your poem is a very emotional poem. It provoked feelings of sorrow for you rather than your sister, because how terrible to feel responsible for your sister harming herself. Plus to blame yourself by shaming yourself for your appearance too. It's a very good poem. I noticed towards the end you did put an extra d in drowns you put drownds. It's a great poem.
