SnowflakesA Poem by Sadiesmiles
Snowflakes fell from the sky that day.
A frosty swirl of white, Frozen, just like my heart. So intricately carved, They sat on her skin, Too pale and cold, They could not melt away. Instead they came to rest, with her On her bed, in the place That brought so many tears. Heaven's gained an angel. Even after all these years, Of her being gone, Of still living on, I will always remember, That snowflakes fell from the sky that day. © 2014 SadiesmilesAuthor's Note
