Calming me inside

Calming me inside

A Poem by Emily

I've embraced this journey as one should.
Cold fingers remind me to become cool.
I am frost bitten with passion.
Wrapped inside you; holding to your memory.
Stable and clear I am free once again.
Remembering what brought me here.
I frequent the space in there that has tattooed your forbidden lust on my breast.
Crying out for just one more breath.
Pain driven to my own sanity where I will blossom into what I am; sacred and tranquil. Bleeding in the moment to stay alive within your arteries.
Flowing up into the billowing windfall, crushing the face of forbidden lust to become one with myself.
Fighting against the forces when I understand where I stand.

Practicing the bow of time to free the locked pleasures within myself; arching backwards to stretch out to the universe welcoming your fate.

The drums beat behind me. I am alone like most people - even though I live with many. You will never understand how easy it is to disengage myself from meaningless people. more..
