Hate

I close my eyes 
And all I see:
Are the horrible things 
I've done, 
They follow me. 
I'm running far, far away 
And I keep looking to see if 
They've lost my tracks. 
What I've done, 
what I've let go. 
I hate that I let all my morals down 
Just so I didn't see you go. 
Used and so abused
 you treated me. 
Your a terrible 
excuse for a human Being. 
Love once filled your void in my heart.
All that's replaced
Since the bitter sweet night. 
We said that final goodbye.
I wish hated could wash away 
The footprints you 
left on my heart. 
They say no one should hold on 
To hate.
Instead forgive and forget
But when you steal 
Innocents away,
You deserve nothing more
Than karma set forth.
I hate you.
And I'll never fully 
achieve the words to explain
How much pain you've 
caused me since those days.
