Seven Things About You

Seven things about him she wished that never changed.

The seven things about you,

That I wish would never change.

Your smile,

When we run across the meadow.

No fear,

When we’re surrounded by howling shadows.

Your touch,

When I cry for reasons shallow.

Your lips,

On mine and they feel so gentle.

Your eyes,

They laugh when I act mental.

Your crazy smirk,

When I get judge-mental.

Last but the closest to my heart,

Is the love we had right from the start.

When we kissed under the mistle-toe,

I knew for sure you’d make me glow.
