I want to feel the chill that I felt,

The first time I saw you.

 

I want to get drunk,

By those alcoholic smile and

Then high with those lips.

 

I wanna touch you,

But today you don’t feel the same.

 

I lit the fire but,

Yet you lost your sight.

 

I walked but I stumbled,

I ran but I fell down!

I dived but I drowned.

 

I want to hold you but,

You slip away.

 

I lost my path

Will you again hold me the same ,

And build the dream of our own.

 

Don’t hide I love you, just bid me a farewell say goodbye,

Just a simple goodbye, a smile and a lie with some fault, just a simple goodbye.

This reminds me of the depression of a significant other. But it is about both sides. Both are struggling for the other yet neither can break through. They have lost each other now and in the end it is just too much for the two of them and they part ways though they once loved each other deeply. That's how I felt when I read it anyway.
