Odyssey

Odyssey

A Poem by Rachael

The winding road begins and ends, my heart just loves to send
These messages through my head, a sign, a light, of what could be right.
I start and stop and think of you until the day is done, and wake up the next morning, another day begun.
This day repeats just like the last, another winding road to travel

I like this poem. Its open ended in a way.
I hope this person will find a home soon.
The journey to win a person over can be
a long one. Great poem.

Very nice poem Rachael, It underlies the pangs of love hoped for but not yet reached to fruition. I like the winding road lines. They seem to act as a metaphor for the continuation of wants hopes and dreams.
