Wait-ing

Wait-ing

A Poem by Rachael

As the snow falls outside, I sit at the window waiting
Feeling trapped inside
But is it really the snow that is keeping me in?
Maybe it’s the pressure of the world on my shoulders
or the sight of you passing by that keep running through my head
How did I get trapped in this relationship?
I sometimes wonder myself.
Do you really love some one,
or when you say ‘I love you’ it’s because you are in a habit of doing it

Maybe it doesn’t matter much to you,
but my heart likes to stay together, not in pieces.
Sadly, it is hard to forget you when I see you in my dreams
When I begin to forget, there you are-
seems like there’s no way to get rid of you

Depressingly true.
You're not the only one luv...more than a few live this life.

Favorite part.

P.S
Relient K is amazing. Completely unrelated I know. But I had to share. *smile*

*sigh*
I've been there...
It sucks...
You're writing, however, does not.
