Life

Life

A Poem by Ryan Miller

Lurching through life, toward the shroud
My body is weary, my demeanor is proud.
Learning the pathways by watching the stars
I've tripped and I've fallen, look at the scars.
Years of confusion gave way to new life
The joy is abundant, but so is the strife.
I no longer fear any aspect unknown,
I walked through the fire and came out reborn.
As strong as i feel, as sure as my steps
The Dharma wheel won't let me forget
From whence I came, the salt of the Earth
My core is the same, despite the rebirth.
Each challenge arising, each moment of weakness
Will soon fade away, the bondage release us

A splendid read and write...:)..............

The irony that dominates the life of every individual 'Life can be conquered only when you let go of the fear of losing it', has been presented well with the perfect choice of words. The language is simple enough and can be enjoyed by anyone who reads it. The rhyme has added to the lyrical quality of the poem.
