wanderings

wanderings

A Poem by scribe?

leprechauns beneath the mushrooms in my garden
they weave their bows of rain among the flowers
there are birds and bees as butterflies ride the breeze
i watch as nature comes to life with grace and ease
at night i listen to the twilight twinkle
and praise the moon for lighting paths that in the dark would be lost without her
follow me through a wood full of fairy magic spells
come upon a patch of flowers reaching for the sun
i'm reminded of a girl i often journeyed to and from
a warm wind rustles leaves in trees
blowing fears away and lifting doubts up and out of hearts and minds
this story's just begun
i care not where it starts
only that i find her waiting for me within this forest that is my soul
snow is falling
only one flake do i see
it is falling through the air as if its dancing just with me
no words are spoken
though there us so much to hear and see and touch and taste
in this world i think i'll stay
what i think i could find in this place: happiness
