A heavy excuse

A heavy excuse

A Poem by mendedwords
"

If tomorrow was the beginning of eternity, where would we rest?

"
If Heaven's gates were to appear today
Would I take a walk in,
Or hang head low as I watch
The playback of every selfish move?

Would I walk down the path with
Many associates that never associated
Themselves to a higher power?
Who be blamed?

How many would be able to vouch for my good deeds, how many would win that trial? None I suppose.
