UntitledA Poem by mendedwordsOpen ended thoughts
Open ended life as if it never ends, and at the end hearts attached as if it never ended. Yes memories are burned burried deep underneath the hollow skin of man. Lie to see the comfort in a full life, but what if full life is full of dreams they never awoke to, words wrapped around the mind to people we never spoke to. Yes one finds peace but not mother, father, sister, brother, wife and husband behind. Death wearing a mask of pearce, only perceived in far minds. Minds strongly detached from our reality, lasped from our memories. Death hits harder than any life lived.
