Warm

The blue morning rises sunless
I lie beside you.
The world outside is cold and damp
but we have all we need.

I didn't sleep much last night
But I'd rather lose sleep with you
Than lose sleep because of you.

I think you are really on to something with this poem, but it really feels like an incomplete story to me. There seems to need more of a context and a resolution. Why are you losing sleep with them? Why would you lose sleep because of them? etc. I think this could be gold waiting to happen though.
